One of our industrial real estate solutions is the inventory industrial buildings, also known as shell buildings, which we build without a predetermined client in order to have immediate availability for leasing space. Generally, the characteristics of these industrial buildings are standard, for example: their area is 120,000 ft2 (11,148m2), their floor is 15 centimeters of concrete with polished finish, they have 1 equipped platform for every 40,000 ft2, etc.

Our more than 40 years of experience in the market, allow us to offer our customers quality products that meet their needs in order to promote their competitiveness.
