The benefits of advancing technology in real estate and construction

In the last 3 years we have experienced many changes in both the personal and work environment, derived from the pandemic caused by COVID-19, and likewise we have had significant advances, from which we are all benefiting, things that 3 or 4 years ago we only heard about in fiction movies or, accessible only to the great powers of the world such as: the use of cloud-based technologies, the use of videoconferencing applications, remote surveillance, the use of drones for all kinds of issues, such as drones delivering food, or the use of drones for the accurate reporting of a building or ship under construction. There is no doubt that with the advancement of these 3 years, humanity was forced to advance and evolve many processes that were not possible in the past 3 years. We are accustomed to do it in other more rudimentary ways.
